Welcome to my website! I am Jennifer Harkins and I want to share with you a little bit about my approach to providing low cost, affordable counseling or therapy services. On this site you can read about who I am, office practices and other information to help you make the important choice about beginning your life changing journey. You may have many concerns, anxieties or fears when you first begin therapy and this is not unusual. It can take a few sessions to begin to feel comfortable sharing your story. Know that I am honored when a client shares his or her most personal and private experiences and I want to help.  Sometimes tears are shed in my office, but there can also be a great deal of laughter.  I will be here to accompany you on your journey so you are not alone.

Therapy doesn't have to go on for many years, although some people do stay for a while.  There are also those who drop in for a few sessions and go on their way.  If I believe I can help you, I will let you know. If someone else can help more, I will refer you to another expert.
